Pause & Reflect
“We walk by faith, not by sight.” Sight is valuable. God gave us minds, wisdom and the ability to observe reality. But what we can currently see is not the whole reality. There will be seasons when circumstances seem to contradict what you hoped for. Doors remain closed. Answers are delayed. Plans change. The future looks unclear. Faith does not deny those facts. It simply refuses to make visible circumstances the final authority. Paul's words arise in a context of eternal hope. Believers live with realities that cannot yet be fully seen. So walking by faith means taking today's faithful step while trusting God with what remains unseen. You may not know how the entire story resolves. You can still choose obedience today.
Declare It Today
“Today, I walk by faith and not by sight. I trust God even when I cannot see the full path ahead. He directs my steps, gives me courage and goes before me.”
Let's Pray
Father, when what I see makes me afraid, teach me to trust what You have revealed about Yourself. Give me grace for the next faithful step and peace concerning what I cannot yet see. Amen.
