Great Is His Faithfulness

Day 9

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

Deuteronomy 7:9

Pause & Reflect

Our faithfulness can fluctuate. God's does not. Scripture repeatedly grounds our confidence not in the strength of our emotions but in the reliability of God's character. You may wake some mornings feeling spiritually strong and others feeling tired, distracted or uncertain. Your feelings matter, but they are not the foundation of God's faithfulness. God keeps covenant. He remains trustworthy. Remembering His faithfulness also helps us interpret the present. When today's circumstances tempt you to question everything, remember what you already know about God's character. Remember answered prayers—but also remember the seasons when His grace sustained you before the answer came. Remember doors He opened—but also how He carried you when doors remained closed. Faithfulness doesn't mean God always does what we expected. It means God remains true to who He is.

Declare It Today

“My God is faithful. My circumstances and emotions may change, but His character does not. I will remember His faithfulness and trust Him with what I cannot yet see.”

Let's Pray

Faithful God, thank You for remaining true through every season of my life. Help me remember Your goodness when circumstances make me forget. Strengthen my trust and make me a faithful woman who reflects Your character in the commitments You have given me. Amen.
